Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item you receive is damaged or defective.
Conditions for Return/Refund

A single, uncut unboxing video of the package from the moment you open it must be provided. This helps us verify any damage during delivery.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging when reported as damaged.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund to your original mode of payment.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

All products apart from those received in a damaged condition are non-returnable and non-refundable.
